Technical Forum: Glynx setup on Mac OS 10.6.2

Hi there,
I just downloaded glynx onto my Mac OS 10.6.2 (Snow Leopard) installation. the program starts up, I enter my name and my email address and the capcha, then click next.
All I ever get is an error message. Either "unable to confirm this ID. ..." or "Error from the Glynx Verification Service: Fault: java.lang.NullPointerException."

What can I do to make this work?
