We're pleased to announce a new version of the Glynx beta - 0.2.4 (build 37)

This version brings several new features as well as the usual slew of bug fixes, UI improvements and minor enhancements.

* Glynx network usage has been dramatically reduced. We have more work to do in this area, however these changes should mean that you probably won't notice Glynx traffic any more;

* Secure messages can now can have attachments. And stay tuned for more messaging enhancements in the coming weeks;

* We've added more than 100 social networking site IDs that you can include in your personas. The IDs are also active - you can drag and drop the URL of a public profile when creating your ID in Glynx. And the recipient of your persona can click these IDs and get taken to your profiles;

You should check the values for your existing social networking IDs (e.g. Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook etc.) to make sure they are correct.

* We have a new persona picker, a new 'Find-me' screen (replacing the 'My Listings' screen), and an improved tray dialler;
* We've streamlined the connection/invitation process and added an invitation history function; and
* We've added the ability to run import/export in the backround. We've also polished the import/export API - stay tuned for this too. In the next few weeks we'll be making an import/export SDK available so that others can develop import/export plugins.

Build 37 also includes fixes to several fatal errors as well as improvements and changes to other parts of the user interface. A more complete list of the changes included in build 37 can be found in the release notes (on the download page) at http://glynx.com/site/release_0.2.4#0.2.4.37
